As a Lead Full Stack Web Developer, you’ll be taking charge of both front-end and back-end development, leading projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities
• Lead the development, design, and implementation of scalable web applications using modern web technologies.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring code quality, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Architect, build, and maintain robust APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring optimal performance across various platforms.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to incorporate new tools and methods into the development process.
• Take ownership of delivering high-quality, maintainable, and secure web solutions on time and within scope.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN Stack.
• Extensive knowledge of databases (MongoDB) and server-side technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices, including performance optimization, security, and responsive design.
• Ability to work independently and proactively find innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (DigitalOcean) and DevOps tools is a plus.
